# Account Permission: Create Account-Level Reports

You can assign [group permissions](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/user-group-permissions) or [account permissions](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/user-account-permissions) to a user by [editing their user profile](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/editing-a-user-manually).

The functions available to users with the Create Account-Level Reports account permission are detailed below.

## Report Admin

### Reports Dashboard

On its own, the Create Account-Level Reports account permission does NOT grant the user permission to the Reports Dashboard. Refer to [Reports Dashboard](/v1/docs/reports-dashboard) for details on other permissions required for access.

Users with the Create Account-Level Reports account permission can do the following from the Reports Dashboard:

- [Add a custom Enrollment Report](/v1/docs/adding-a-custom-enrollment-report). The permission allows the user to set the [report's Visibility Level](/v1/docs/custom-enrollment-report-report-profile#visibility-level) to *Account*.
- [Add a custom Learning Plan Report](/v1/docs/adding-a-custom-learning-plan-report). The permission allows the user to set the [report's Visibility Level](/v1/docs/custom-learning-plan-report-report-profile#visibility-level) to *Account*.
