# Adding a Form

To add a form:

1. From the Admin menu, select **Forms**. The [Forms Dashboard](/v1/docs/forms-dashboard) displays.
2. From the right pane, click Form.

The [Form Builder](/v1/docs/form-builder) displays in a new tab.

You can add [questions and design elements](/v1/docs/form-widgets) by [adding widgets to the form](/v1/docs/adding-a-widget-to-a-form). You can also [edit the settings for the form](/v1/docs/editing-a-forms-settings) and [its widgets](/v1/docs/editing-a-form-widgets-settings) from the [Form Builder](/v1/docs/form-builder).
