# Adding a Forms Page

A forms page displays the forms assigned to a learner.

To add a forms page to a dashboard set:

1. [Add a page](/v1/docs/adding-a-page) to one of your categories.
2. From the Add/Edit Category Page workscreen:
  1. Expand the Main Settings accordion.
  2. From the [**Type** list](/v1/docs/page-main#type), select *Forms*.
  3. Click **Save**.
