# Adding a Widget to a Form

To add a [widget](/v1/docs/form-widgets) to a [form](/v1/docs/forms):

1. Display the [Form Builder](/v1/docs/form-builder) by either selecting an existing form or [adding a new one](/v1/docs/adding-a-form) from the [Forms Dashboard](/v1/docs/forms-dashboard).
2. From the list of widgets on the left, click the widget you want to add to the form and drag it to the workspace. You can also use the Tab key to select the widget, then press the Enter key to add it to the workspace.

After you've added a widget to a form, you can [change its settings](/v1/docs/editing-a-forms-settings) or [move it](/v1/docs/moving-widgets-on-a-form).
