## Who Has Access

The following users can add historical training:

- Users with the [Group Manager](/v1/docs/group-permission-group-manager-gm) or [Manage Group Users](/v1/docs/group-permission-manage-group-users-mgu) group permission.
- [Course managers](/v1/docs/course-course-managers) if the [account's **Course Manager Access** setting's](/v1/docs/account-settings#course-manager-access) *Enroll Learners* option is checked.
- [Administrators or owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level).

3. For each user in the grid:
  1. If the user did not attend the course, uncheck the **Attended** checkbox.
  2. If the user did not complete the course, uncheck the **Completed** checkbox.
  3. If the session is graded, specify the user's grade in the **Grade** column.

1. Click **Save**.
