# Certifications Dashboard

The Certifications Dashboard enables you to view certifications and users by their [learning plan](/v1/docs/learning-plans) or [certification](/v1/docs/certifications). It also enables you to [confirm user actions](/v1/docs/reviewing-confirming-and-rejecting-actions) from the dashboard, or from the [Action Approval workscreen](/v1/docs/action-approval-workscreen).

## **Who Has Access**

The following users have access to the Certifications Dashboard:

- Users with the [Group Manager](/v1/docs/group-permission-group-manager-gm), [Manage Group Users](/v1/docs/group-permission-manage-group-users-mgu), or [View Learner Results](/v1/docs/group-permission-view-learner-results-vlr) group permission.
- Supervisors, if the [account's **Supervisor Access** setting's *Report on Supervisees* option](/v1/docs/account-settings#supervisor-access) is enabled.
- Users who are able to [confirm an action](/v1/docs/action-confirmation#requires-confirmation-by).
- [Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level).

## **Viewing the Certifications Dashboard**

To view the Certifications Dashboard:

1. From the Admin menu, select **User Admin**.
2. Select **Certifications**.

The Certifications Dashboard displays. By default, the *Certifications* list option is selected. Note, all certifications are listed regardless of whether you have permission to view the users who are assigned the certification.

The right pane displays a [summary of certifications](/v1/docs/certification-status-summary) and a [summary of actions](/v1/docs/action-status-summary). The [grid](/v1/docs/certifications-dashboard#columns-in-the-grid) summarizes the actions and certifications by certification name. Click on the numbers in the grid to drill down.

## **Columns in the Grid**

The columns in the grid are described below.

| **Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Name** | The [name of the certification](/v1/docs/certification-main#name). |
| **Actions** | The number of [actions by status](/v1/docs/action-status-summary). |
| **Certifications** | The number of [certifications by status](/v1/docs/certification-status-summary). |
