# Changing the Proctor Code's Expiration

This feature is not enabled by default. If you're interested in using this feature, contact our [Success Desk](mailto:success@neovation.com) to have it enabled.

To change the expiration date of a proctor code:

1. [Run the Proctor Report](/v1/docs/running-the-proctor-report)
2. Click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/changing-the-proctor-codes-expiration-image-hyfe5rof.png) beside the proctor code you would like to change. The Extend Expiration Date window displays.

1. Enter the new expiration date for the proctor code.
2. Click **Save**.
