The Default Enrollment Report's output always displays a grid. For custom Enrollment Reports, the grid displays when the report's [**Output Option** setting](/v1/docs/custom-enrollment-report-output-options#output-options) is set to *Grid* or *Both*. The [output for non-administrators](/v1/docs/custom-enrollment-report-about-the-grid-output#nonadministrators-output) displays a single grid. The output displayed for administrators and owners displays two tabs; refer to [Administrator's Output](/v1/docs/custom-enrollment-report-about-the-grid-output#administrators-output) for details. ## Administrator's Output When an Enrollment Report's [**Output Option** setting](/v1/docs/custom-enrollment-report-output-options#output-options) is set to *Grid* or *Both*, the output for administrators and owners displays two tabs: All and Selected for Unenrollment. ![Output Grid - Two Tabs 20220615](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/Output%20Grid%20-%20Two%20Tabs%2020220615.png) The All tab displays a grid with the report's output. The grid will always include the Learner and Course columns. The Selected for Unenrollment tab displays a grid with the rows that you've selected for a batch unenrollment.
