SmarterU has a number of dashboards that enable you to report on and manage your different records.
Admin Dashboard
When to Use
Use the Admin Dashboard when you need to:
- Access the SmarterU Academy
- Submit a question to SmarterU support
- View a Enrollment Report summarizing enrollments
- View a summary of your certifications
- View a summary of your course enrollments
- View certification status totals
- View the number of active users
- View the number of active groups
- View the number of active courses
- View the number of active knowledge base items
- View training videos

Certifications Dashboard
When to Use
This feature is a special component of SmarterU that is not included with the basic system. Please contact support@smarteru.com to learn how you can upgrade your account to include it.
Use the Certifications Dashboard when you need to:
- Confirm a user's actions
- Download a user's certification details
- View the status of a user's actions
- View a certification's details
- View the users who are assigned a certification
- View the users who are assigned a learning plan

Course Builder Dashboard
When to Use
Use the Course Builder Dashboard when you need to do any of the following in an online course:
- Add chapters
- Add tasks (i.e., activities, content slides, PDFs, quizzes, videos)
- Duplicate a task
- Edit a task
- Move chapters and tasks
- Preview tasks
- Rename chapters or tasks
- Search the course's chapters and tasks

When to Use
If the Default Landing Page for GM Users or Default Landing Page for VLR Users account setting is set to Supervisor Dashboard, the Supervisor Dashboard will be the home page for users who have either the Group Manger (GM) or View Learner Results (VLR) group permission. If the account's Supervisor Access setting is set to Report or Report & Enroll, it will also be the home page for supervisors.
