# Editing a Form Widget's Settings

To edit the settings of a [widget](/v1/docs/form-widgets) on a form:

1. From the [Forms Dashboard](/v1/docs/forms-dashboard), click the form's name.
2. Click **Edit**.

The form displays in the [Form Builder](/v1/docs/form-builder).

1. Click the  ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/editing-a-form-widgets-settings-image-zy12mhnn.png) that's displayed in the widget. The widget's settings display on the right side of the Form Builder.
2. Edit the [settings](/v1/docs/form-widgets) as needed.

You may need to click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/editing-a-form-widgets-settings-image-z7o8nbc9.png) to view and edit additional settings for a widget.

1. Click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/editing-a-form-widgets-settings-image-i2dhdpqy.png) that's displayed above the settings to save your changes. To discard your changes, click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/editing-a-form-widgets-settings-image-k8mj9qhw.png).
2. Click **Save**.
