[View the recommended enrollments](/v1/docs/viewing-recommended-enrollments). 2. From the Proposed grid, click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/enrolling-users-based-on-recommended-enrollments-image-k4sqxidr.png) beside the recommended enrollment you want to review. 3. Do any of the following: - To select an enrollment for processing, click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/enrolling-users-based-on-recommended-enrollments-image-cculuzsa.png) beside the row. - To view the reason an enrollment can't be processed, hover over the ![Exclamation point in black circle](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/enrolling-users-based-on-recommended-enrollments-image-7mkoidmw.png) beside the row. - To select all recommended enrollments listed for all users in the grid, click **Select All Users**. - To select all recommended enrollments for groups and learning plans, click the arrow beside the **Select All Users** button and select **Select All (Groups & Learning Plans)**. ![Selecting Proposed Enrollments 20220405](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/Selecting%20Proposed%20Enrollments%2020220405.png) The selected rows are shaded and the selected course enrollment is added to the Selected grid. 1. Specify the [settings](/v1/docs/enrolling-users-based-on-recommended-enrollments#settings) for the enrollment process. 2. Click **Enroll**. A confirmation message displays. 3. Click **OK**. If you are enrolling learners in an instructor-led session and the session becomes full, learners who did not fit into the session will be added to the [session's waiting list](/v1/docs/ilt-waiting-lists-viewing-waiting-lists#viewing-learners-on-a-session-waiting-list) if the [session waiting list is enabled](/v1/docs/instructor-led-session-main#enable-waiting-list-for-this-session). ## Settings ### Send Enrollment Report To Specify the email addresses to which the [account's selected Enrollment Process Complete email template](/v1/docs/account-email-template-options#enrollment-process-complete) will be sent. Be sure to separate each email address with a comma. Click ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/enrolling-users-based-on-recommended-enrollments-image-1gwa5kqs.png) to preview the email template. ### Send Course Enrollment Email to Learners If checked, the [account's selected Course Enrollment email template](/v1/docs/account-email-template-options#course-enrollment) will be sent to the learners. Click ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/enrolling-users-based-on-recommended-enrollments-image-gkein0zd.png) to preview the email template. ### Send Instructor-Led Training Confirmation Email This setting is only applicable if you've selected an instructor-led course. If checked, the [account's selected Confirm Attendance email template](/v1/docs/account-email-template-options#confirm-attendance) will be sent to learners [requesting them to specify their attendance](/v1/docs/system-email-templates-course-emails-instructor-led#confirm-attendance). After a learner has indicated that they will attend, the [account's selected Calendar Session Information email template](/v1/docs/account-email-template-options#calendar-session-information) will be sent to the learner.
