# Enrollment Report: Clearing IP Addresses

If a learner has exceeded the [max IP address limit for the course](/v1/docs/online-course-access-options#limit-course-access-by-ip-address), a ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/enrollment-report---clearing-ip-addresses-image-pfgpt0jx.png) displays in the first column of the [Enrollment Report](/v1/docs/enrollment-report).

The IP address limit only applies to [online courses](/v1/docs/courses-online).

To clear the IP addresses the Enrollment Report:

1. Run the [default Enrollment Report](/v1/docs/default-enrollment-report), or your [custom Enrollment Report](/v1/docs/custom-enrollment-report).
2. Click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/enrollment-report---clearing-ip-addresses-image-wp9m6b7g.png) displayed beside the learner.
