# External Storefront: Subscriptions

In order to use this feature, be sure to enable [eCommerce](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/account-settings#ecommerce) for your account.

The Subscriptions accordion of the workscreen enables you to specify the [subscription variants](/v1/docs/adding-a-variant) that will be available from your external storefront. Any variant that has its [eCommerce setting enabled](/v1/docs/variant-main#ecommerce) may be added to the external storefront.

To add subscription variants to the storefront:

1. From the Subscriptions accordion of the Add/Edit Storefront workscreen, click **Subscriptions**.
2. Click the ![Icon

In order for storefront enrollments to be processed, be sure that the selected variants have been added to the [Group selected in the Configuration section.](/v1/docs/external-storefront-configuration#group-required)

1. Click **Save**.
