# Group Permission: Instructor-Led Training Instructor (ILTI)

You can assign [group permissions](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/user-group-permissions) or [account permissions](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/user-account-permissions) to a user by [editing their user profile](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/editing-a-user-manually).

The functions available to users with the Instructor-Led Training Instructor group permission are detailed below.

## Course Admin

### Session Information Workscreen

Users with the ILTI group permission do NOT have access to the Session Information workscreen. However, users with the ILTI group permission are included in the list of potential [internal instructors](/v1/docs/instructor-led-session-session-details#internal-instructors) for a session.

### ILT Attendance Dashboard

Users with the ILTI group permission can do the following from the [ILT Attendance Dashboard](/v1/docs/ilt-attendance-dashboard):

- [View the course details](/v1/docs/ilt-attendance-viewing-course-details) where they're an instructor.
- [View sessions](/v1/docs/ilt-attendance-viewing-sessions) where they're an instructor.
- [Record the grade, attendance, and completed status](/v1/docs/ilt-attendance-recording-attendance-completion-status-and-grade) where they're an instructor.
- [Save and finalize sessions](/v1/docs/ilt-attendance-finalizing-a-session) where they're an instructor.

### ILT Waiting Lists Dashboard

Users with the ILTI group permission can do the following from the [ILT Waiting Lists Dashboard](/v1/docs/ilt-waiting-lists-dashboard):

- [View the course or session waiting list](/v1/docs/ilt-waiting-lists-viewing-waiting-lists) for courses where they're an instructor.
- [Move learners from waiting lists to available sessions](/v1/docs/ilt-waiting-lists-enrolling-users-on-a-waiting-list).
- [Remove users from a waiting list](/v1/docs/ilt-waiting-lists-removing-users-from-a-waiting-list).
