It also enables instructors to track who completed the course, specify grades for learners, and move users off the waiting list. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/ILT%20Attendance%20DB%2020210816.png) ### Who Has Access The following users have access to the ILT Attendance Dashboard: - Users with the [Group Manager](/v1/docs/group-permission-group-manager-gm) or [Instructor-Led Training Instructor](/v1/docs/group-permission-instructor-led-training-instructor-ilti) group permission. Users with the Instructor-Led Training Instructor group permission will only be able to view and perform actions on courses where they are the instructor.  - Course managers, if the [account's **Course Manager Access** setting's](/v1/docs/account-settings#course-manager-access) *ILT Instructor* option is checked. Course managers will only be able to view sessions that belong to courses that they manage. - [Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level). ### Viewing the ILT Attendance Dashboard To view the ILT Attendance Dashboard: 1. From the Admin menu, select **Course Admin**. 2. Click the course name to view its details. | | **Session** | The [session part's start date and time](/v1/docs/instructor-led-session-session-details#start-date). If it is a multi-part session, the start date and time of each part is listed in the grid. Click the session start and time to view the session's information and [record information for the session](/v1/docs/ilt-attendance-recording-attendance-completion-status-and-grade). Although each session's parts are listed separately in the grid, you cannot [manage learners' attendance, completion status, or grade](/v1/docs/ilt-attendance-recording-attendance-completion-status-and-grade) for each part. | | **Learners** | The number of learners enrolled in the session. Click the number to view the Enrollment Report pre-filtered for the course. | | **Webinar Registration** | If the session type is *Webinar*, the number of learners enrolled displays. If the session type is *Venue* or *Other*, "N/A" displays. | | **Capacity** | The maximum [number of learners that the session can accommodate](/v1/docs/instructor-led-session-session-details#venuespecific-settings). | | **Location** | The location will depend on the [session's Details Type setting](/v1/docs/instructor-led-session-session-details#session-details-type): - Venue - The session's venue, room, and room location. - Webinar - The "Webinar" link displays.
