# ILT Waiting Lists Dashboard

The ILT Waiting Lists Dashboard enables you to view users on course and session waiting lists. It also allows you to force enroll users into a course or session they are waiting for (even if there are not enough seats).

## Who Has Access

The following users have access to the ILT Waiting Lists Dashboard:

- Users with the [Group Manage](/v1/docs/group-permission-group-manager-gm)r or [Instructor-Led Training Instructor](/v1/docs/group-permission-instructor-led-training-instructor-ilti) group permission.

Users with the Instructor-Led Training Instructor group permission will only be able to view and perform actions on courses where they are the instructor. 

- [Course managers](/v1/docs/course-course-managers), if the [account's **Course Manager Access** setting's](/v1/docs/account-settings#course-manager-access) *ILT Instructor* option is checked. Course managers will only be able to view courses that they manage.
- [Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level).

## Viewing the ILT Waiting List Dashboard

To view the ILT Waiting List Dashboard:

1. From the Admin menu, select **Course Admin**.
2. Select **ILT Waiting Lists**.

By default, the *Waiting List Management* list option is selected. This option lists all instructor-led courses that have learners on its course waiting list or session waiting list.

By default, the right pane of the ILT Waiting Lists Dashboard displays counts that summarize the contents of a grid. The counts above the table are:

- Waiting List Courses - The number of courses with users on either the course waiting list or session waiting list.
- Learners Waiting (Course) - The number of users who are on a course waiting list.
- Learners Waiting (Session) - The number of users who are on a session waiting list.

The right pane also displays three buttons above the grid. The contents of the grid in the right pane will depend on the button selected:

- Enabled Waiting Lists - The grid includes courses that currently have their course or session waiting list enabled, and that have learners on either waiting list.
- Disabled Waiting Lists - The grid includes courses that currently have their course or session waiting list disabled, but have learners on either waiting list.
- All - The grid includes courses that currently or at one time had their course or session waiting list enabled, and have learners on either waiting list.

## Columns in the Grid

The columns of the ILT Waiting Lists Dashboard's grid are described below.

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Course** | The name of the course that has learners on either the course waiting list or session waiting list. |
| **Course Waiting** | The number of learners on the course waiting list. Click the number to view the learners on the course waiting list. |
| **Session Waiting** | The number of learners who are on a session-level waiting list for sessions associated with the course. Click the number to view the sessions that have users on the session waiting list. |
