# ILT Waiting Lists: Enrolling Users on a Waiting List

## Who Has Access

The following users can enroll users on a waiting list:

- Users with the [Group Manager](/v1/docs/group-permission-group-manager-gm) or [Instructor-Led Training Instructor](/v1/docs/group-permission-instructor-led-training-instructor-ilti) group permission.
- [Course managers](/v1/docs/course-course-managers), if the [account's **Course Manager Access** setting's](/v1/docs/account-settings#course-manager-access) *ILT Instructor* option is checked. Course managers will only be able to view sessions that belong to courses that they manage.
- [Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level).

## Enrolling Users on a Waiting List

To enroll a user on a waiting list in a session from the ILT Waiting List page:

1. From the Admin menu, select **Course Admin**.
2. Select **ILT Waiting Lists**.

1. [View the course waiting list](/v1/docs/ilt-waiting-lists-viewing-waiting-lists) or [session waiting list](/v1/docs/ilt-waiting-lists-viewing-waiting-lists#viewing-learners-on-a-session-waiting-list).
2. From the table in the right pane, click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/Plus%2020210806.png) displayed in the row for the user you would like to enroll. The Enroll User from Waiting List window displays.

1. From the **Session** list, select the session you would like to enroll the user in.
2. Click **Enroll**.
