# Importing Calendar Entries into Lotus Notes

To import a calendar entry for an instructor-led course to Lotus Notes:

1. Open the [Session Information email](/v1/docs/system-email-templates-course-emails-instructor-led#calendar-session-information) that you received.
2. Click the **Add to Calendar** link in the email. The Open Attachment window displays.
3. Click **Open**.

An IBM Lotus Notes window displays a prompt asking what you'd like to do with the file.

1. Select the *Import These Entries Into Your Personal Calendar* option.

1. Click **OK**. The Import Calendar window displays.

1. Review your entry options.
2. Click **OK**. The entry is added to your calendar.
