# Learner Interface: Viewing Forms

How you view a form from a forms page will depend on the [layout you've selected](/v1/docs/learner-interface-changing-the-forms-page-layout) and whether you've [submitted the form](/v1/docs/learner-interface-completing-a-course-evaluation).

## List View

To view a form from a form page's list view, do any of the following:

- If you haven't responded to the form, click ![Launch 20221018](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/Launch%2020221018.png), the **Post-Course Evaluation** link, or the course's image.

- If you've submitted the form, click ![View Form Response 20221103](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/View%20Form%20Response%2020221103.png), the **Post-Course Evaluation** link, or the course's image.

## Tile View

To view a form from a form page's tile view, do any of the following:

- If you haven't responded to the form, click **Launch Form**, the **Post-Course Evaluation** link, or the course's image.

- If you've submitted the form, click **View**, the **Post-Course Evaluation** link, or the course's image.
