# Licensing Dashboard

In order to use this feature, be sure to enable [licensing](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/account-settings#enable-licensing) for your account.

The Licensing Dashboard enables you to manage licensing [agencies](/v1/docs/licensing-agencies), [areas/regions](/v1/docs/licensing-areas-and-regions), [categories](/v1/docs/licensing-categories), and [license type](/v1/docs/license-types) information.

## Who Has Access

The following users have access to the Licensing Dashboard:

- Users with the [Manage Licensing](/v1/docs/account-permission-manage-licensing) or [View Licensing](/v1/docs/account-permission-view-licensing) account permission.
- [Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level).

## Viewing the Licensing Dashboard

To view the Licensing Dashboard:

1. From the Admin menu, select **Account Admin**.
2. Select **Licensing**. The Licensing Dashboard displays.

By default the *Agencies* list option is selected.

The right pane of the Licensing Dashboard displays a [grid](/v1/docs/licensing-dashboard#columns-in-the-grid) of the certifications that have licensing enabled.

## Columns in the Grid

The columns in the grid are described below.

| **Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Certification** | The [name of the certification](/v1/docs/certification-main#name). |
| **Area/Region** | The [area/region associated with the certification](/v1/docs/certification-licensing#arearegion). |
| **Agency** | The [agency associated with the certification](/v1/docs/certification-licensing#agency). |
| **License Type** | The [license type associated with the certification](/v1/docs/certification-licensing#license-type). |
