# Logging In

To log into SmarterU:

1. Use a [supported web browser](/v1/docs/supported-browsers-operating-systems-and-screen-reader) to navigate to your account's URL for SmarterU.

Each account has a specific URL to log into SmarterU. Although you can log in using the [general login form](https://app.smarteru.com/remote-login/login.cfm), it's preferred that you use your account-specific URL. If you don't know your account's URL, contact your account administrator for details. If you contact our [Success Desk](mailto:success@neovation.com), be sure to include the following:

- Your name
- Email address or employee ID
- Name of the organization/account you belong to

1. Do one of the following:

- If your account administrator provided login credentials, enter your email address or employee ID, and password. Click **Login**.
- If you were not provided login credentials, click the **Reset Password** link to [reset your password](/v1/docs/recovering-your-password) for logging in.
