Obtaining a Media Waiver

Before you use photographs, videos, or audio recordings of an individual in your materials, you'll want to obtain written permission from the individual via a media waiver. A media waiver gives your organization written permission to use media of the individual. In the event the individual leaves your organization, the media waiver allows you to continue using media with the individual in your materials.
