# Organization: Activity Log

The Activity Log accordion of the Organization Profile workscreen displays notes and events related to the organization. This can include activity log entries that were [manually added](/v1/docs/adding-an-organization-activity-log-entry) as well as system-generated events related to [users associated with the organization](/v1/docs/organization-users). System-triggered events include when a user in the organization:

- Logs in
- Starts a course
- Completes a course
- Gains or loses a learning plan or certification
- Has a wage entered
