# Organizations Dashboard

The Organizations Dashboard enables you to view and manage [organizations](/v1/docs/organizations).

Depending on your [permissions](/v1/docs/permissions), you may also do the following from the Organizations Dashboard:

- [Add users](/v1/docs/adding-a-user-manually)
- [Add teams](/v1/docs/adding-a-team)
- [Add organizations](/v1/docs/adding-an-organization)
- [Import users](/v1/docs/importing-users)

The buttons available at the top of the Organizations Dashboard will depend on the [account](/v1/docs/account-permissions) and [group permissions](/v1/docs/group-permissions-1) that you have.

## Who Has Access

The following users have access to the Organizations Dashboard:

- Users with the [Manage Organizations](/v1/docs/account-permission-manage-organizations) or [View Organizations](/v1/docs/account-permission-view-organizations) account permission.
- [Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level).

## Viewing the Organizations Dashboard

To view the Organizations Dashboard:

1. From the Admin menu, select **User Admin**.
2. Select **Organizations**.

By default, the [*Organizations (by name)*](/v1/docs/viewing-organizations) list option is selected.

The right pane displays a [summary of enrollments](/v1/docs/enrollment-status-summary) and [certifications](/v1/docs/certification-status-summary) at the top. A [grid](/v1/docs/organizations-dashboard#columns-in-the-grid) of all organizations displays below the summaries.

## Columns in the Grid

The columns in the grid are described below.

| **Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Name** | The [name of the organization](/v1/docs/organization-organization-information#organization-name-required). |
| **Status** | The [status of the organization](/v1/docs/organization-organization-information#status) (i.e., Active, Inactive). |
| **Organization ID** | The [organization's ID](/v1/docs/organization-organization-information#organization-id). |
| **Phone** | The organization's [primary phone number](/v1/docs/organization-contact-information#phone-primary). |
| **Website** | The organization's [website](/v1/docs/organization-contact-information#website). |
| **Users** | The number of [users associated with the organization](/v1/docs/organization-users). |
| **Enrollments** | The number of [enrollments by status](/v1/docs/enrollment-status-summary) for the users in the organization. |
| **Certifications** | The number of [certifications by status](/v1/docs/certification-status-summary) for the users in the organization. |
