# Previewing a Fill-in-the-Blank Activity

Immediately after [adding a fill-in-the-blank activity](/v1/docs/adding-a-fill-in-the-blank-activity), the workscreen displays a sample fill-in-the-blank activity.

When you [add content to the fill-in-the-blank activity](/v1/docs/adding-a-fill-in-the-blank-activity#content), a preview of the activity with your [instructions and sentences](/v1/docs/adding-a-fill-in-the-blank-activity#activity-group-settings) displays. Any changes you've made to the activity's [game settings](/v1/docs/adding-a-fill-in-the-blank-activity#activity-settings) and [design](/v1/docs/adding-a-fill-in-the-blank-activity#design-settings) are also reflected in the preview.
