# Release Notes: 2023 December 02

## System-Wide Updates

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue for French users that caused the change password prompt that displays at login to be displayed in English.
- We fixed an issue that occurred if a user changed a course's URL.

## Email Management

### Bug Fixes

- We updated the default [system email templates](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/system-email-templates) to use "reset password" instead of "forgot password".

## Forms

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that caused the Submit button to become unclickable if a user clicked the button without providing a response to a required question.

## Learner Interface

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that prevented a form from being opened from a learning plan page of the learner interface.

## Report Administration

### Bug Fixes

- We updated the Learning Plan Report to require at least one filter for detailed list on the action and courses level.
- We moved the Learning Plan Report's button to be above the report's accordions.

### Enhancements

- We added the ability to filter and display a learning plan's original assigned date.

## User Administration

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that allowed a [user to be created](/v1/docs/adding-a-user-manually) without a [home group](/v1/docs/home-groups).
- We fixed an issue that incorrectly allowed users with the [Create Course group permission](/v1/docs/group-permission-create-course-cc) to edit courses created by another user.

### Enhancements

- We added the user's email address to the grid in the [Manual Enrollment workscreen](/v1/docs/enrolling-users).
