# Release Notes: 2024 March 16

## System-Wide Updates

### Enhancements

- We made performance improvements related to retrieving data for grid columns that lists multiple values.
- We adjusted the timeout length for some processes.
- We added access to the [Success Desk chat widget](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/contacting-success-desk#chat-with-us) to additional areas of SmarterU.

## Account Administration

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that prevented a group's assigned courses from loading in the grid on the group details page and Add/Edit Group workscreen when the Include Catalog Courses option was enabled. This issue only affected accounts that have access to [SmarterU Essentials](https://www.smarteru.com/smarteru-essentials).
- We changed how we handle [customized email addresses](https://support.smarteru.com//v1/docs/account-email-options#custom-domain-settings) to support efforts to reduce spam and phishing emails.
- We fixed an issue that incorrectly triggered a process when a course assigned to all groups was saved.

## Course Administration

### Enhancements

- We added the ability to [upload a video for an answer's feedback](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/quiz-question-answers).

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that caused historical courses to incorrectly use SmarterU's deprecated tag management system.

## Email Management

### Enhancements

- We added a [Confirm Attendance (Multiple Course) email template](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/system-email-templates-course-emails-instructor-led#confirm-attendance-multiple-course) that will be sent to learners when they're enrolled in multiple courses.

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that caused details to be missing from the [Session Changed email](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/system-email-templates-course-emails-instructor-led#session-changed) when a [session's type](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/instructor-led-session-session-details#session-details-type) was changed from *Webinar* to either *Venue* or *Other*.

## Learner Interface

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that caused some characters in [multichoice](https://support.smarteru.com/v1/docs/learner-interface-activities#multichoice-activities) and [gameshow activities](https://support.smarteru.com/v1/docs/learner-interface-activities#gameshow-activities) to be cut off.
- We fixed an issue that caused an error message when a learner with ".js" in their email address, first name, or last name attempted to launch a [quiz proctored by Integrity Advocate](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/learner-interface-taking-a-video-proctored-quiz).

## Mobile

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that caused the unsupported browser warning to display in iOS for supported browsers.
- We fixed an issue that made it difficult to use pop-up windows in iOS.

## Report Administration

### Bug Fixes

- In order to improve performance, we updated the [Learning Plan Report](/v1/docs/learning-plan-report) to support up to 10,000 rows when returning a detailed list of actions and courses.
- In order to improve performance, we updated how we export a detailed list of actions and courses.

## User Management

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue that caused the user profile page to timeout in some accounts.
