## Account Administration

### Bug Fixes

- We fixed an issue where the [course.description variable](https://support.smarteru.com/docs/email-template-variables#coursedescription) was not populated in a [customized](/v1/docs/customizing-email-templates) [Confirm Attendance (Multiple Course) email template](/v1/docs/system-email-templates-course-emails-instructor-led#confirm-attendance-multiple-course).

## User Administration

### Enhancements

- We added error messages for the following situations that might occur in the [Instructor-Led Training Historical Entry](/v1/docs/adding-historical-training) workscreen:
  - The learner is already enrolled in a different session of the same course
  - A grade is assigned to a learner, but the **Attended** checkbox isn’t selected
  - The **Completed** checkbox is selected, but no grade is assigned
  - The instructor-led course is not assigned to a learner’s group(s)
  - The [course’s learning plan lock](/v1/docs/group-courses#learning-plan-lock) and [subscription lock](/v1/docs/group-courses#subscr-lock) are enabled for a learner’s home group
  - The [course’s learning plan lock](/v1/docs/group-courses#learning-plan-lock) is enabled for a learner’s home group
  - The [course’s subscription lock](/v1/docs/group-courses#subscr-lock) is enabled for a learner’s home group
