    Replacing a Knowledge Base File

    You may also revert to a previous file version.

    To replace an existing knowledge base file:

    1. Edit the knowledge base file.
    2. From the File Information accordion, click Replace File.

    Replace File Button

    1. Select the file you would like to upload.
    2. Click Open. The selected file's name displays beside the Replace File button.
    3. Click Save.
