# Restarting the Enrollment Queue

## Who Has Access

[Administrators or owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level) can pause the enrollment queue.

## Restarting the Enrollment Queue

Restarting the enrollments queue enables the system to start processing [manual enrollments](/v1/docs/enrolling-users) again after the [queue was paused](/v1/docs/pausing-the-enrollment-queue).

To restart the enrollments queue:

1. From the Admin menu, select **User Admin**.
2. Select **Enrollments**.
3. Click **Enrollment Queue**.
4. Click **Resume Queue**.
