# Restarting the Unenrollments Queue

## Who Has Access

[Administrators or owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level) can restart the unenrollments queue.

## Restarting the Unenrollments Queue

Restarting the unenrollments queue enables the system to start processing unenrollments again after the [queue was paused](/v1/docs/pausing-the-unenrollments-queue).

To restart the unenrollments queue:

1. From the Admin menu, select **User Admin**.
2. Select **Enrollments**.
3. Click **Unenrollments**.
4. Click **Resume Queue**.
