# Setting Up Post Course Evaluations

[Post-course evaluations](/v1/docs/course-post-course-evaluations) enable you to use forms to collect learner feedback about your courses.

To set up post-course evaluations:

1. [Create a form](/v1/docs/adding-a-form) using SmarterU's [form builder](/v1/docs/form-builder), or a third-party tool.
2. If you'd like to specify a default form for the account, specify it in the [Account Profile workscreen's Post-Course Evaluations accordion](/v1/docs/account-post-course-evaluations).
3. [Enable post-course evaluations for the course](https://support.smarteru.com/v1/docs/course-post-course-evaluations#enable-postcourse-evaluations). The course defaults to the account's default form. However, you can select a different form.

When an internal form is associated with an online or SCORM course, learners must submit the form in order for the course to be considered complete. You can [create a custom Enrollment Report](/v1/docs/adding-a-custom-enrollment-report) to [identify the course enrollments that are awaiting a learner's form submission](/v1/docs/identifying-pending-form-submissions).

To make it easier for [learners to see their assigned forms](/v1/docs/learner-interface-forms), you can [create a new Forms type page](/v1/docs/adding-a-forms-page) in your dashboard sets. You can [export responses to your form to a CSV file](/v1/docs/exporting-a-forms-submissions).
