# System Email Templates: Report Emails

## Queued Exports Notification

### Description

This email is sent to a user when they [export a report](/v1/docs/reports-exporting-output) or [contents of the Users Dashboard to a CSV file](/v1/docs/exporting-users).

### Changing the Template

[Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level) can change the default template for the account by doing one of the following:

- [Select the template from the Email Management Dashboard](/v1/docs/changing-the-accounts-default-email-templates). Be sure to select the Queued Exports Notification email type from the grid.
- [Edit the account's](/v1/docs/editing-your-account-settings) [Email Template Options settings](/v1/docs/account-email-template-options). [Expand the Report accordion](/v1/docs/account-email-template-options#report-email-types) and select the email template for the [Queued Exports Notification email type](/v1/docs/account-email-template-options#queued-exports-notification).
