# Teams Dashboard

Depending on your permissions, you may also do the following from the Teams Dashboard:

- [Add users](/v1/docs/adding-a-user-manually)
- [Add teams](/v1/docs/adding-a-team)
- [Add organizations](/v1/docs/adding-an-organization)
- [Import users](/v1/docs/importing-users)

The buttons available at the top of the Teams Dashboard will depend on the [account](/v1/docs/account-permissions) and [group permissions](/v1/docs/group-permissions-1) that you have.

## **Who Has Access**

The following users have access to the Teams Dashboard:

- Users with the [Manage Teams](/v1/docs/account-permission-manage-teams) or [View Teams](/v1/docs/account-permission-view-teams) account permission.
- [Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level).

## **Viewing the Teams Dashboard**

To view the Teams Dashboard:

1. From the Admin menu, select **User Admin**.
2. Select **Teams**.

The Teams Dashboard displays. By default, the [*Teams (by Name)* list option](/v1/docs/viewing-teams) is selected.

The right pane displays a [grid](/v1/docs/teams-dashboard#columns-in-the-grid) that includes the number of users in each team and a [summary of enrollments](/v1/docs/enrollment-status-summary).

## **Columns in the Grid**

The columns in the grid are described below.

| **Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Status** | The [team's status](/v1/docs/team-team-information#status) (i.e., Active, Inactive). |
| **Team** | The [name of the team](/v1/docs/team-team-information#name). |
| **Users** | The number of [users associated with the team](/v1/docs/user-team-information). You may click this number to display a pre-filtered [Enrollment Report](/v1/docs/enrollment-report) for the selected team. |
| **Enrollments** | A [summary of the enrollments](/v1/docs/enrollment-status-summary) for the team's users. Click any of these numbers to display a pre-filtered [Enrollment Report](/v1/docs/enrollment-report) for the selected team and enrollment status. |
| **Certifications** | A [summary of certifications](/v1/docs/certification-status-summary). Click on any of these numbers to display the Certifications Dashboard. |
