# Users Dashboard

The Users Dashboard enables you to view and manage SmarterU [users](/v1/docs/users).

You may also [add organizations](/v1/docs/adding-an-organization), [add teams](/v1/docs/adding-a-team), and [import users](/v1/docs/importing-users) from the Users Dashboard.

## **Who Has Access**

The following users have access to the Users Dashboard:

- Users with the [Group Manager](/v1/docs/group-permission-group-manager-gm) or [Manage Users](/v1/docs/group-permission-manage-users-mu) group permission.
- [Supervisors](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#supervisors), if the [account's **Supervisor Access** setting's](/v1/docs/account-settings#supervisor-access) *View Supervisees* or *Edit Supervisees* option is checked.
- [Administrators and owners](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#access-level).

## **Viewing the Users Dashboard**

To view the Users Dashboard

1. From the Admin menu, select **User Admin**.
2. Select **Users**.

The Users Dashboard displays. By default, the [Users (by surname) list option](/v1/docs/viewing-users#viewing-users-by-surname) is selected.

By default, the right pane displays the Dashboard tab, indicated by the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/users-dashboard-image-9qwyxslu.png) icon in the tab. The Dashboard tab displays a [summary of enrollments](/v1/docs/enrollment-status-summary) and a [summary of certifications](/v1/docs/certification-status-summary).

Between the summaries and the grid is a toggle for [displaying only your supervisees](/v1/docs/users-dashboard#displaying-supervisees) in the grid.

The grid in the right pane displays the users that you have permission to view with a [summary of their enrollments](/v1/docs/enrollment-status-summary) and a [summary of their certifications](/v1/docs/certification-status-summary).

The columns displayed will depend on the [columns specified for the account](/v1/docs/account-grid-columns). You may hover over a user's name to view the [user's contact card](/v1/docs/user-contact-cards).

## **Displaying Supervisees**

By default, the Users Dashboard grid displays all users that you have permission to view. Above the grid is a **Show Supervisees Only** toggle that enables you to only display users you directly supervise.

When this toggle is enabled (i.e., the checkmark displays in the toggle), the grid is filtered to display only those users where you are [selected as one of their supervisors](/v1/docs/user-profile-information#supervisors).
