# Viewing Inactive Learning Plans

In order to preserve the history of any actions or records, SmarterU does not allow you to delete records.

To view [inactive learning plans](/v1/docs/inactivating-a-learning-plan):

1. From the Admin menu, select **Account Admin**.
2. Select **Learning Plans**. The [Learning Plans Dashboard](/v1/docs/learning-plans-dashboard) displays.
3. Click ![Ícone  Descrição gerada automaticamente](https://cdn.document360.io/7efaadab-fef6-4186-806a-2ca14c9ce9ea/Images/Documentation/viewing-inactive-records-image-zi3m48r5.png).
4. Select *Inactive*.
