# Viewing Your Browser Information

There may be times when [our Success Desk](/v1/docs/contacting-success-desk) asks you to provide information about the browser that you're using. You can find this information from within SmarterU.

To view your [browser](/v1/docs/supported-browsers-operating-systems-and-screen-reader) information:

1. From the [learner interface](/v1/docs/learner-interface), click the arrow beside your name in the upper, right corner.
2. Select **Browser Info**.
