Immediately after adding a gameshow activity, the workscreen displays a sample gameshow activity. You can select a contestant, and click the square to view the sample question.
When you add content to the gameshow activity, a preview of the activity with your question and answer sets displays. Any changes you've made to the activity's design are also reflected in the preview.
If you edit your gameshow activity, you'll need to click Save to reflect the changes in the preview.
