Editing an Article Template

To edit an article template:

1. From the Admin menu, select Knowledge Base.
2. Select the knowledge base that contains the template.
3. From the list, select Templates.

4. Click the template you would like to edit. The template displays in the right pane.

5. Edit the template's settings as needed. Information about the various accordions can be found on the pages below:

• Template Information
• Tags
• Attributes
• Descriptions

6. Click Save.
