    Adding an Article Template

    These steps assume that you have already added the knowledge base.

    To add an article template:

    1. From the Admin menu, select Knowledge Base.
    2. Select the knowledge base to which you would like to add a template.
    3. Click Template.

    A new tab displays the Add/Edit Template workscreen.

    1. Specify the article template's settings in the following accordions:
    1. Click Save.
