These steps assume that you have already added the knowledge base.
To add an article template:
- From the Admin menu, select Knowledge Base.
- Select the knowledge base to which you would like to add a template.
- Click Template.
A new tab displays the Add/Edit Template workscreen.
- Specify the article template's settings in the following accordions:
- Template Information
- Tags
- Attributes (only applicable to Structured Page templates)
- Descriptions (only applicable to Structured Page templates)
- Click Save.
