Importing Calendar Entries into Lotus Notes

To import a calendar entry for an instructor-led course to Lotus Notes:

1. Open the Session Information email that you received.
2. Click the Add to Calendar link in the email. The Open Attachment window displays.
3. Click Open.

An IBM Lotus Notes window displays a prompt asking what you'd like to do with the file.

4. Select the Import These Entries Into Your Personal Calendar option.

5. Click OK. The Import Calendar window displays.

6. Review your entry options.
7. Click OK. The entry is added to your calendar.
