Managing Credits

To add or remove credits:

  1. From the Admin menu, select Account Admin.
  2. Select Credits. The Credits Dashboard displays.
  3. Click Management.

  1. Specify the settings for the entry.

Setting

Description

Group

Select the group for who you'd like to add an entry. The list only displays those groups that have credit courses.

Course/Subscription

Select the course or subscription for which you'd like to add an entry. The list only displays courses and subscriptions that have been added to a group with the Credit setting enabled.

Type

Select the type of entry you'd like to make:

  • Added - Select if you would like to add credits to the selected group's credit course.
  • Removed - Select if you would like to remove credits from the selected group's credit course.

Credits

The number of credits to add or remove. If you are adding credits, the number should be positive. If you are removing credits, the number should be negative.

Description

A description of the entry.

  1. Click Save.
