I'm trying to view my certificate from a mobile device (e.g., iPhone, iPad, tablet, etc...), but the certificate displayed is blank. What should I do?
The mobile Safari browser, and other mobile browsers, do not always display PDF certificates because of the fillable fields in the PDF.
If you are using an iPhone or iPad:
Download the Adobe Reader app.
Open the certificate again.
When the certificate opens, click on Open In....
Select Adobe Reader. This will allow your certificate to display correctly on your mobile device.
