Article summary

Requirements are the set of criteria that a learner must satisfy to fulfill a certification. These criteria include:

  • Courses – Online, instructor-led, or SCORM courses
  • Actions - Conditions that the learner must meet

For example, to satisfy the Workplace Safety requirement requirement, users must complete the CPR and Accident Prevention courses and submit proof of a vision and hearing exam.

Once satisfied, requirements can be valid indefinitely, or they can be set to expire.
