In order to use this feature, be sure to enable points and rewards for your account.
Viewing Point Trackers by Name
To view point trackers by name:
- From the Admin menu, select Account Admin.
- Select Points & Rewards. The Points & Rewards Dashboard displays.
- From the list, select Point Trackers (by name).
The point trackers are listed in alphabetical order. Select a point tracker to view its information, including its associated courses and the users who have earned points toward it.
Viewing Point Trackers by Course
To view the courses that are associated with a point tracker:
- From the Admin menu, select Account Admin.
- Select Points & Rewards. The Points & Rewards Dashboard displays.
- From the list, select Point Trackers (by course).
The courses that are associated with a point tracker are listed in alphabetical order. Click the arrow beside the course to view its associated point trackers. Select a point tracker to view its information, including its associated courses and the users who have earned points toward it.
