Action: Prerequisites

A action's prerequisites are those courses that the learner must complete or actions that must be accepted before the learner can begin the action. 

A action's prerequisites are assigned in the Prerequisites accordion of the Add/Edit Action workscreen.

To specify prerequisites for an action:

1. From the Add/Edit Action workscreen, expand the Prerequisites accordion.
2. Click the  beside the prerequisite courses or action. The selected rows are shaded.

You may also click Assign All to select all courses and actions as prerequisites.

3. Click Save.
