Enrollment Report: Clearing IP Addresses

If a learner has exceeded the max IP address limit for the course, a displays in the first column of the Enrollment Report.

To clear the IP addresses the Enrollment Report:

1. Run the default Enrollment Report, or your custom Enrollment Report.
2. Click the  displayed beside the learner.
