In order to use this feature, be sure to enable points and rewards and licensing for your account.
These settings are located in the Licensing section of the Add/Edit Point Tracker workscreen.

Area/Region
Select the area and region of the license to which the point tracker should be associated.
Agency
Select the agency of the license to which the point tracker should be associated.
