Account Administration

Accounts are a container of groups, users, and the group's courses, learners, and learner results. When you sign up for SmarterU, you are given one account by default. For most SmarterU users, one account is sufficient. If you should need separate accounts for different companies, please contact our Success Desk. Note, that accounts are completely separate from one another and that each account will have its own content, branding, and login page.

A user can be assigned to more than one account. Users assigned to multiple accounts will be presented with a list of the accounts that they are assigned when they log in so that they can select the account they'd like to enter.
