To log into SmarterU:
- Use a supported web browser to navigate to your account's URL for SmarterU.
Each account has a specific URL to log into SmarterU. Although you can log in using the general login form, it's preferred that you use your account-specific URL. If you don't know your account's URL, contact your account administrator for details. If you contact our Success Desk, be sure to include the following:
- Your name
- Email address or employee ID
- Name of the organization/account you belong to
- Do one of the following:
- If your account administrator provided login credentials, enter your email address or employee ID, and password. Click Login.
- If you were not provided login credentials, click the Reset Password link to reset your password for logging in.
